Welcome to Montagnard
"Montagnard" from the French word for "Mountain Dweller" are based in Le Chazelet, situated at 1800m in the Ecrins Alps, France - a centre for numerous outdoor activities. Set against such a magnificent, quiet and unspoilt Alpine backdrop - the available activities vary with the changes in season and suit all levels of experience and fitness. We only use qualified local guides appropriate to each activity.
From Spring to Autumn there are:
Mountain Walks, Mountain Biking, Rock Climbing & Via Ferrata,
as well as rafting, paragliding and flora/fauna interests.
Winter offers:
Snowshoeing and Winter Walking, Ice Climbing, and a range of
Snowsports
(on and off piste skiing and snowboarding, ski touring and nordic skiing)
Montagnard Activities will put together a range of multi-activity programmes, guiding, instruction and accommodation which are completely flexible towards any individual or group interests.
