walks, scrambles & rock climbs
The unique grandeur of the Highlands and Islands of Scotland plays host to some of the most varied and rewarding landscapes in the World. From the rugged Cuillin Munros to historic glens to unspoilt coastlines - the choices are infinite. Encompassing all levels of walking, climbing and mountaineering ability we offer mountain guides for groups and individuals on the Cuillin of Skye and through out NW Scotland.
Aside from the Cuillin, there are numerous other mountain walks, rock climbs and scrambles to be found in this region. The surrounding islands of Rum, Eigg, Raasay and Harris all provide exciting locations as do the nearby mainland areas of Torridon, Knoydart, Assynt-Coigach and Glen Shiel. Join a group for a week of mountain guiding activities or come for a weekend or single day.

Why not come CLIMBING?
Introduction/Learn to Rock-Climb: A two or five-day course aimed at the novice/indoor climber. All aspects of modern-day climbing will be addressed including belaying, basic rope techniques, climbing styles and abseiling.
Learn to Lead-Climb: Learn to take the sharp end in a safe environment. Learn to place protection, arrange safe and efficient belays, multi-pitch climbing and much more.... previous climbing experience is required.
Classic Mountain Rock: Climb the famous routes of the Cuillin and Applecross such as Cioch Direct, Arrow Route, Integrity, and the Cioch Nose. Other areas of the mainland including Torridon and Assynt are close by - all offering many more quality climbs.
Sea Cliff and Crag Climbs: Skye may be famed for the Cuillin but the numerous sea cliffs provide plenty of unique climbs of their own. Kilt Rock, Neist Point, Flodigarry and Elgol are just a sample of Skye's potential, while the islands of Raasay and Harris also have much to offer to the explorative climber. Alternatively, the sea stacks of Stoer and Am Buachaille can be incorporated into a five-day program based in Assynt.
